Services & Pricing

Every journey is different. Choose the coaching option that fits where you are right now — there's no wrong place to start.

My Approach

My work is informed by lifestyle medicine and current research showing that nutrition and daily habits play a powerful role in chronic disease prevention and improvement. I support clients who are interested in exploring whole-food, plant-forward approaches alongside other evidence-based lifestyle strategies, always in partnership with their healthcare providers and in alignment with their personal goals and readiness for change.

As a coach, I am collaborative rather than directive. I don’t hand you a plan and tell you to follow it — instead, we work together to uncover what matters most to you, honor where you are right now, and build from there. Everything we do is evidence-based, client-led, and grounded in your autonomy and readiness for change.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is health & wellness coaching?
Health & wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process designed to support sustainable improvements in health and well-being. It’s not therapy, counseling, or medical advice — it’s a partnership focused on helping you clarify your goals, build confidence, and take realistic steps toward the life you want.
Do you recommend a specific diet?
I don’t prescribe a one-size-fits-all diet or meal plan. My approach is informed by lifestyle medicine and current research on the role of nutrition in health, and I personally follow a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. In coaching, I support clients who are interested in exploring plant-forward or whole-food approaches — but always in alignment with your own goals, values, and readiness for change. We work together to find what feels sustainable and meaningful for you.
What happens in the first session?
Before your initial session, you’ll complete a Well-Being Inventory — a short questionnaire that helps us understand your current strengths and areas of focus. During the 75–90 minute session, we’ll review your inventory together, explore what motivates you, begin shaping your wellness vision, and set an initial direction for your coaching journey. It’s a collaborative process, and there’s no preparation needed beyond filling out the inventory.
How is coaching different from medical care?
Coaching is collaborative and client-led — I do not diagnose conditions, interpret lab results, prescribe medications, or provide clinical treatment. Instead, I help you identify what matters most to you and support you in making sustainable changes at your own pace. When appropriate, coaching works alongside your healthcare team, not in place of it. If medical or mental health concerns arise, you’ll be encouraged to consult with your licensed healthcare provider.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens — I understand. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer that time to another client. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. You can reschedule by reaching out to me directly at celeste@greenmindfulcoach.com.
